HAA(ES-552)
ES-552 is a kind of hydroxyalkylamide (HAA) system, curing agent for thermosetting polyester powder coating. Non-toxic and good quality. Generally adding 3-5% could achieve good effect of curing. Widely used in various industrial products.
1. Recommended resin: HAA Carboxyl polyester, such as DSM P855,P865, Cytec CC7630、CC7618、CCE37498
2. Recommended usage: 5-6% ( Polyester acid value: 30-35mgKOH/g）
3. Recommended extruding temperature 115-120℃, for strengthening dispersion of curing agent.
4. Recommended curing condition: 180℃/15min or190℃/10-12min
